For the third consecutive year, Bates White was ranked in the Vault Consulting 50, which ranks the top 50 consulting firms in the United States. For 2013, the firm ranked #28, jumping up 12 slots from the previous year.
The survey highlighted the firm’s positive feedback across multiple dimensions. As one Bates White employee noted, “The firm is growing…Employee morale is high.” People are “proud to work for Bates White and are optimistic about the future!”
“Bates White is honored to be included in this list,” said David DeRamus, Bates White Managing Partner. “It reflects our strong, collaborative relationships with our clients, within our team, and in the community. Of particular note was our ranking as the 5th best firm to work for in terms of philanthropy. Through our employee-driven Community Connectionprogram, Bates White has consistently raised more than $50,000 a year for a wide range of nonprofit organizations.
This year, Vault implemented a new methodology that placed a greater emphasis on prestige, business outlook, satisfaction, and promotion policies than in previous years.
