For the seventh consecutive year, Bates White ranked high among the Vault Top 50 consulting firms in the United States. This year, the firm ranked #30 of all consulting firms (up four slots over last year) and #14 for top economic firms (up six slots).
Bates White also ranked as one of the top 25 consulting firms on multiple quality-of-life dimensions including benefits, business outlook, compensation, leadership, informal training, philanthropy, selectivity, and travel requirements.
Vault is a leading provider of information and career advice to professionals in the consulting industry. Vault.com 2016 rankings of consulting firms are based on a survey of more than 9,000 consultants.
When filling out the survey, many employees noted the firm’s positive environment, interesting cases, and extensive training programs. One employee wrote, “The on-the-job training and responsibility opportunities are exceptional and typically result in great career opportunities.” Another commented “This is an extremely nurturing workplace. You will have a great deal of interesting work and responsibility, and your coworkers will inspire you and help you to make the most of those opportunities.”
In hearing the results, Dr. Charlie Mullin, Bates White Managing Partner said, “We are delighted to once again be recognized across so many dimensions by the Vault survey. It is a reflection and recognition of our talented staff, collaborative culture, focus on delivering high-quality work, and dedication to the community.” For the third year in a row, Bates White ranked as one of the top five firms for philanthropy, a reflection of the firm’s employee-driven Community Connection program that resulted in donations of more than $100,000 to nonprofit organizations in 2014.
