The Washington Post named Bates White Economic Consulting the #6 Top Workplace for mid-size companies in Washington, DC. “We are excited and proud to be recognized as one of the top workplaces for the third year in a row,” said Managing Partner Charlie Mullin. “This award is more than just recognition; it is an honor given to us by our employees.”
The ranking was based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage. More than 57,184 employees from 341 organizations in the DC area responded to the survey, which measured workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. When completing the surveys, Bates White employees noted the firm’s collegial and collaborative culture, career opportunities, interesting work, social events, and strong community program.
Mullin noted, “Bates White is committed to providing all employees a high-quality work experience. Being named a Top Workplace acknowledges that we are succeeding in making Bates White a place where people are passionate about their work and engaged every day. And we’ll always strive to meet that goal.”
Bates White has also won awards in the past several years from Vault as being among the top 50 consulting firms in the country—ranking #33 of all consulting firms and #14 among economic firms—and #1 for summer intern programs. Global Competition Review’s prestigious “Economics 21” has also recognized Bates White for the last nine years.
