Giving back

When it comes to giving back to the community, we put employees in charge. Through BW Community Connection and our pro bono program, employees choose which nonprofits to support—with fundraising, expertise, or volunteering.

Giving back to the community is an integral part of the Bates White culture.

“We are incredibly proud to contribute to the community. Our community-focused initiatives reflect the firm’s dedication to creating a workplace that empowers employees and supports their incredible passion to contribute to our community across so many dimensions. Our employees’ creativity and support are truly heartwarming.”
