Leslie Marx speaks at Digital Policy Institute Webinar on the FCC Incentive Auction

Dr. Marx participated in a webinar panel to discuss the upcoming FCC “reverse auction”  spectrum on May 15. The panel discussed the critical issues that the FCC will be considering and their impact on consumers, TV station owners, and parties seeking additional spectrum for mobile, broadband wireless communications.
