Partner Keith Waehrer invited speaker at 2019 CRESSE conference

Partner Keith Waehrer is an invited speaker at the 14th annual CRESSE Conference in Rhodes, Greece. The conference theme for 2019 is “Advances in the Analysis of Competition Policy and Regulation.” Dr. Waehrer will give a presentation: “Pass-Through of Cost Reductions in Open Market Auctions with Application to Merger Effects”; act as panel chair and participant for the special policy session “Developments in Vertical Merger Enforcement”; and be a discussant on the panel “Lessons from the EU and US Google and Qualcomm Cases.” This is the third year in which Dr. Waehrer has been an invited presenter at the CRESSE Conference.
