With antitrust enforcement a subject of increasing interest among policy makers, antitrust experts and scholars are remembering the publication of Dynamic Competition and Public Policy: Technology, Innovation, and Antitrust Issues 20 years ago. Scholars and practitioners will gather to reflect on changes in antitrust and competition in the last 20 years and the path forward for the Schumpeterian approach to antitrust. Partner Anna Meyendorff will speak on the panel “Precautionary Antitrust v. Dynamic Antitrust.”
