Nicholas Hill to speak on antitrust enforcement past and future at the 2025 NYSBA annual meeting

Antitrust continues to dominate headlines, as many actors ranging from enforcers to private litigants seek to apply it to competition in changing markets. At the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section 2025 Annual Meeting, Partner Nicholas Hill is participating in the panel “Looking Back, Looking Ahead: Reflections on Biden-Era Antitrust Enforcement and Predictions for the New Administration.” The panel will review the Biden administration’s antitrust enforcement successes and challenges and discuss what to expect from the incoming Trump administration. Wesley R. Powell of Willkie Farr & Gallagher will moderate the panel; Dr. Hill’s co-panelist will be Fiona A. Schaeffer of Milbank.
