Principal Pauline Kennedy and other W@ 3B Initiative members will moderate the virtual discussion “Reflections from the Litigators on the Sabre-Farelogix Matter.” The attorneys who litigated the travel software and technology merger case—Tara Reinhart, Partner and head of the Antitrust Competition Group for Skadden, and Kathy O’Neill, Senior Director of Investigations and Litigation for the Antitrust Section of the US Department of Justice—will lead the discussion. They will examine what motivated the case, the eight-day District Court bench trial, and the judge’s decision in favor of the defendants, which cited the American Express case that Bates White worked on.
Women@ is an international platform for women professionals. The overall goal of its 3B Initiative is to enable women professionals to be found, be heard, and be seen. Participants are from private practice, in-house counsel, government agencies, and economics.
