- In State of Colorado ex rel. v. The Kroger Co. et al. and State of Washington v. The Kroger Co. et al. supported the expert on behalf of plaintiffs in their efforts to block Kroger Co.’s proposed merger with Albertsons.
- On behalf of Department of Justice, supported the expert in matters alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act by pharmaceutical companies in connection with contributions to third-party patient assistance funds.
- Supported the expert on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission on the likely competitive effects of HCA Healthcare’s proposed acquisition of Steward Health Care’s five Utah hospitals.
- Led team advising the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission. Provided advice on methodological approaches to various HPC market investigations and reports.
