Amar Adusumilli is a Manager in the Finance Practice. He has extensive experience in handling big data, performing statistical analyses, and constructing detailed data visualizations. Mr. Adusumilli supports both consulting and testifying experts in litigation and assists clients through all stages of litigation and settlement support across a variety of areas, including mortgage lending, disparate impact analysis, consumer finance products, banking, and others. Selected Experience

  • Supported the consulting expert on behalf of a financial services company across a series of matters. Performed analysis of account closure actions and refund durations, as well as statistical sampling, extrapolation, and analysis of transaction dispute data.
  • Supported the expert on behalf of the Equal Rights Center in Equal Rights Center v. Adams Investment Group, LLC. Issues included assessing the potential disparate impact based on race that resulted from the alleged policy.
  • Supported the testifying expert with data analytics and statistical analysis in UMG Recordings, Inc., et al. v. Charter Communications, Inc. Analyzed infringement notices and actions taken by internet service providers in response to infringement notices.
